Dark Chocolate Cappucino Brownies

Rich Tasting – Light Feeling!!

(Makes 14 bars)

Ingredients
1, 16 oz. box of Dark Brownie Mix (add 1/2 cup
Chopped Walnuts, (optional)
1-cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1-cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (I like Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate baking chips)
3 Eggs
3 heaping tbs. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Cappuccino Mix:
1 tbs. Instant Coffee
1 tbs. Milk
1 tbs. Rum

Blend all together in a cup

Preparation
1.    Preheat oven to 350°
2.    Mix all ingredients in bowl with a spoon till well blended
3.   Pour into 9 x 10 non-stick pan – or glass sprayed with Olive Oil or Pam
4.    Bake for 30 minutes
5.    Cool before serving, Cut into bars
6.    Serve on a small dish

Variations
Top a warmed brownie with coffee or vanilla ice cream
