Guacamole Dip

Just in time for your football parties – try this yummy recipe!

Smooth, spicy, refreshing and just right!
(Makes 1 1/2 cups)

Ingredients
2 ripe Hass Avocados
1 Juice of a Lime
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 heaping Tbs. Medium Salsa (Newman’s Own – stops it from turning brown)
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 Tbs. of a Red Onion, minced
1 Tbs. chopped fresh Cilantro
1 Bag Multigrain Tostitos Scoops

Preparation

  1. Mash all ingredients in a bowl with a whisker, until well blended.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl, cover and refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
